I get used to the hunger and light headed feeling..also try to keep myself busy. The lunch was only saltine crackers and a slice of cheddar cheese, one small apple and unsweetened coffee.

I am hanging in here..last day!

The hunger was so bad yesterday..today I think my body is already adjusting with it.
Will be back to post after dinner & weight report
