Message: I went to the photobucket website to see tam123's results and they are impressive! I really would like to know his menu also because I am thinking about starting the diet again soon. I gained a lot over the holidays and I need to do something quick!! I have had pretty good results with the diet although the food choices for the 3 days got really bland, especially the tuna, everything else was ok. So tam123, please share your advice and comments.
