Message: How many people have had mild head-aches on their first day. I'm not so much hungry and this mild headache, like I'm withdrawing from caffeine, but I don't drink sodas or coffe. The only caffeine I'm getting is because this diet says to drink it, I drink tea whenever it calls for it. Working through day 1 :-) Replies to this post
