I just started this diet yesterday, Monday 2/8, and so far so good. I am on day 2 and I have lost 2lbs so far. I have seen alot of copies of this diet. I have seen where you can drink tea or coffee, black, all day long, and I even seen where you can have a diet soda all day long. very confused. My partner in crime was sick yesterday so she is a day behind me. The problems she is having is drinking the grapefruit juice. As she told me this am, it took her an hour to drink it down. Should I drink just water after the meals or can I still drink the Tea and diet soda? If i cant drink the diet soda that is fine, but I do need at least the tea. any help would be appreciated.
