Message: Also, a friend reminded me to get other beverages (ie diet soda, tea w/ sweetener) if you feel like you need to "taste" a snack at some point. Day 3 (between lunch and dinner) was the only time that I felt really hungry, and a diet Dr. Pepper did the trick! (It was the only time that water was not cutting it!) Replies to this post
