hey i know its tough guys, but as for the "endless hunger" its not really so bad actually. the trick i found to help is to train your body to react to drinking water. when hungry and not in ur breakfast, lunch or dinner cycle, drink water, and plenty of it. sooner or later ur body will feel full by the water and have ur hunger satisfied till the next meal. helps to get through the day, and water is great

as for a previous comment i saw on drinking lemon, i dont think u can actually do that. as far as i know, the only thing u can do when not eating/drinking exactly whats on the list is drink water, or more black coffee/tea, so as to not mess up with its chemical balance system

remember how well or poor u do with this diet is highly dependant on how well you follow the instructions on a daily basis
