Message: never weigh urself on a day to day basis. always weigh urself based on the 3 day cycle. assuming u take 1 day off, weigh urself at the beginning of day 1, than again at the beginning of your off day, than again when u start again, never in between, doesnt give a fair assessment Replies to this post
