Today is my first day again on the 3 day Cardiac Diet. I have been on it before and it worked for me. I lost 13 pounds the first week. Then, the second week I lost 5 pounds. The third week I lost 3 pounds. I lost all this weight without excercising. Now, I am starting up again and this time I am excercising. Can't wait to see if I will lose more weight than before. Try it-you have nothing to lose but the weight. Good luck to everyone.
