Message: So i'm two meals into day one, and see that dinner is calling for 1 cup of string beans and 1 cup of carrots. I know not to use seasonings other than salt and pepper, but what about throwing some onions in with the beans while they cook? Would this be adding more calories than necessary. I suppose one cup of raw onions is approx 60 calories, so i may have just answered my own question while writing this, but any suggestions would be great. Replies to this post
