Message: i started the diet after christmas and im down almost thirty with 60 minutes or more of cardio everyday...but dont do it all week u need that four days to stay on track if u deprive yourself of those four days ur more likely to give up. those four days are the goal at the end of the three days but remember dont over eat and eat healthy!
