It is VERY unhealthy to continue this diet without taking the 4 days off. This diet speeds up your metabolism but does not give you all your necessary nutrients. It is important to take those 4 days to eat healthy. Also, if you know anything about metabolism you know about "shocking" your metabolism. This is where you eat foods that aren't exactly healthy so that your metabolism remembers how to digest sugars, fat, etc. If you stick with the diet without taking the break your metabolism will "forget" how to digest fats and sugars and you will have a harder time keeping the weight off.
