Message: I have been doing that I ate breakfast and held the grapefruit juice until about an hour later and drank it as I became hungry. I did the same thing with the banana. My friend did his last week and lost 6.5 pounds!I thik as long as you do the amounts and follow it for the 3 days you should be safe. Replies to this post
