Dividing the meals is good and bad at the same time... Holding off on a piece of the meal for an hour to help you get over the hunger hunp till the next meal won't hurt too much but remember, this diet is designed to use a combo of very specific foods to create a fat burning chemical reaction in your body, so too much tinkering will change your results. I was on it for awhile & for some strange reason I lost the most when I ate each meal @ the same time each day...
