Message: Maybe do a couple of oz of meat like the first day. Chicken is good. I wasn't too crazy about cheddar.. but now I love the stuff. Try it. It's only for 3 days. What could it hurt. Good Luck. If this diet isn't for you, try Tibo. That really works. Take care. Replies to this post
