The most important thing about this diet to acheive the best results is you HAVE TO follow the instructions precisely. The foods and amounts were chosen for a reason. Each meal was designed to create a chemical reaction and cause you to burn fat. Each day has to be followed exactly. If you're full you still need to finish. You don't like XYZ...tough...its three days out of a week and it is short term. Have some will power people...we got fat because we didn't have it in the first place and now we pay the price! I have 95 pounds to loose and I'm doing it. I will not be fat and unattractive anymore. I will look good naked by the end of 2010. Who is with me? Let's kick this pig!
